The exhibition examines the constructs of masculinity at a time of continuous debates on gender politics. Macho features over 25 artists from Latin America, the Caribbean, and the US and explores the many ways that artists have questioned male identity as an absolute, whether through portraiture, self-portraiture, humor, or pathos. Macho is now on view through April 1, 2023.
